Efficient way to add the vector datatype in IRIS.
Hopefully more to come regarding vectors in IRIS, as a first-class datatype.

• building and starting the container takes time, be patient
• next, I ran the proposed test from console> $system.SQL.Shell()
• it worked perfectly all results showed up exactly as projected
• BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Dmitry!

This vector data type and storage is an one of the important aspect now. This is really a good kick starter.
