Excellent Py Example

You build a large Docker Container and takes its time also at the start
But it finally runs without any extras or private research as promised!
The description of the tests is complete and guides you to the expected results
It is a very positive experience to navigate through the test suite.
A special note.
- All globals are handled from Python without any ISOS/COS command!
- BIG CONGRATULATIONS !
  - and CodeQuality says. FAILED !
  - YESSS!! CodeQuality failed.
  - Because it just doesn't understand Python !!!!
