low risk starter with Docker

docker (as PR) prepares all you need to start
well prepared exercises give you a useful start base,

scipt to follow video

there is no docker, no ZPM
bring your own installation
no installation or setup guide
it's a collection of small basic examples
you have to adjust them to your environment
some examples work, and some fail
the video may help - but I don't speak Hebrew
