Easy to download the discrete global through web. It's handy

This application shows you how a simple CSP page can allow you to export in XML any global.
Very efficient and simple.

small but efficient

You can't do probably less to do a global download
There are still some open ends
- how to make it centralized
- what happens to large global
should be no magic
