yaml-utils Works

I needed a yaml-to-json convertor for my new FHIRConnect implementation project and found the yaml-utils to be the only native ObjectScript convertor currently published..

The convertor worked exactly as I expected.

I created one issue, to make sure that "true" and "false" are mapped to a boolean true and false value, as well as numeric content (without leading 0) is mapped to a numeric type.

No docker files to build the container.

The functionality is described in the documentation quite well.

Native installation of IPM in the IRIS on Windows and Linux is done without problems
