I copied the setup class and compiled it. The role was available immediately. Created a new user and added the new role plus default database. Works great!!

• A clean and complete Docker Container starts and runs immediately
• A complete description leads you through build and test.
• Just use the prepared User and take care of your connections.
• Being to curious I tried to look behind the scenes.
• This resulted in strange messages because only 5 connections are licensed
• Was my fault.
