partial working
  • No indication That Build requires BUILDKIT.
  • Starting the container then has no problem
  • Unit Test fails first. Fixed in my PullRequest
  • Then, Unit Test runs OK
  • Testing requires an account on Telegram
  • I refuse its use for unclear location and responsibility
