Better way to begin with IRIS and FHIR

This template app allows you have a prepared env to develop FHIR using IRIS, with a FHIR server and sample data too.

impresses by FHIR + HS

It's a big container and takes time to build, but is clean
a fix for a clean start is pending in my PR
Then all examples work perfect and match the description
It was my first exercise with HS, Very positive.
