finally also in safe in docker

There are no changes to the existing functionality
BUT ! Running the package with Docker is now available
This keeps my private working environment clean from foreign code
Experimenting and making errors has no consequences.
You may use this repo until the related Pull Request is merged

Installation from ZPM works as expected. Though this is part 5 of a series.
