workaround left in issues

I have left a sneaky workaround in issues
now the promised demo is working as described

A new review was required because OEX setup
is counter.-productive and blocks any
editing or update of the original.

Code worls - Demo fails

Docker Setup is composed for UX* bash
not usable on Win Docker Desktop
fails also runing in Win /WSL bash
I finally used the package "Samples-bi"
the code installed straightforwardly
it seemed to work fine
Analysis of the provided Docker code showed an unnecessarily complex and overloaded setup.
I assume it's a contribution of Claude
