Pivot is a healthcare interoperability and data quality solution that combines format transformation, terminology normalization, and data quality validation into a single application.

Pivot ingests patient data in various formats (e.g., FHIR, CDA/C-CDA, HL7v2.x, HealthShare SDA), and transforms it into a standards conformant message (e.g., FHIR, CDA/C-CDA, HL7v2.x, HealthShare SDA, OMOP). Powered by Symedical®, Pivot semantically and syntactically transforms patient data to deliver an outbound message that is normalized, validated and ready for use.

Importantly, Pivot is Stateless meaning it does not retain medical record data. Afterall, the last thing anyone needs is the additional cost and risk of another repository of PHI.
