new Docker based Demo

There are no changes to the existing functionality
BUT ! Running the package with Docker is now available
This keeps my private working environment clean from foreign code
Experimenting and making errors have no consequences.
It's not planned to be PR but a stand alone deme package consitsing of
- an extended reusable community image https://github.com/r-cemper/mini-docker
- and the real SMALL demo package https://github.com/r-cemper/MDX2JSON_docker
- that includes also some sample data
All tested and worked as described

Interresting AddOn

This package hs no Container and only ZPM
I applied it on Samples-BI container I installed before
Install of MDX2JSON has no problems.
Testing with Postman works fine, but:
- you have to provide Username, PW
- or give enough privileges to UnknownUser
I found assembling requests using README in GitHub much easier than from OEX posting
