IRIS External Table

• I have added Docker support and that works fine now
• Of course, since IRIS 2023.1 we have Foreign Tables:
• Though no practical example like this.

• It's a great idea to build a local table and convert it to external access
• by lack of access to cloud storage, I just tested it with local access
• I liked especially the access to JSON files

But I missed a container that could make testing quite simpler.
So a substantial piece of trial and error was required to consume the prepared examples.
A more detailed explanation of what pieces belong to each other would have reduced guessing how to see the results.
