HL7-FHIR-Cohort-Population

This is a very good example of patient search in a FHIR repository from HL7 messages.
It contains a simple Business Process which starts by looking for patient in a FHIR end-point, constructing the FHIR request based on data in HL7 v2 PID segment.
Depending on the successful match, it gives back the FHIR ID for this patient, or create the patient using a POST of the FHIR API.
