Prerequisites

Make sure you have git and Docker desktop installed.

Clone/git pull the repo into any local directory

$ git clone https://github.com/oliverwilms/iriscontest2020

Open the terminal in this directory and run:

cd iriscontest2020/
$ docker-compose build

Run the IRIS container with your project:

$ docker-compose up -d

Open IRIS terminal:

$ docker-compose exec iris iris session iris
USER>zn "IRISAPP"
IRISAPP>set ^UnitTestRoot=""
IRISAPP>do ##class(DMLSS.TestProduction).Run()

Docker image installs without problems and gives you a running production
Unit test executes clean and full of details.
It's a base to experiment with basic functionalities and you ser fast what you need to do
if you want to test mailing you should bring access info for your mail server
if you want more test data: drop it in the right directory
if you want to test the TCP service you have to connect to it.
